Black pepper tofu Photo

Ingredients - 

black pepper sauce

 tbsp oyster sauce
2
 tsp sugar

stir fry

g vegetables

Instructions

Squeeze any residual moisture out of the tofu. Chop into cubes and lightly coat in cornflour and (air) fry until crispy. ~15 mins.

Thinly slice the onions, garlic & chilli. Fry until the onions have softened a little then add the rest of the chopped veg.

Once the veg is cooked but still firm add in the sauce and tofu pieces and mix together.

Serve with rice or noodles. Also good with a miso soup side.
