Chive and tofu stir-fry  Photo

Ingredients -

g five spice tofu

 tbsp shaoxing wine

 tsp white pepper

 tsp sugar

 tsp salt

 tsp sesame oil

cm ginger (

 tbsp soy sauce

g chinese chives (

5cm pieces

g shiitake mushrooms (

or any asian mushroom

 cloves garlic (

thinly sliced

Instructions

Add some oil to a pan and stir fry the garlic and ginger until fragrant.

Add the mushrooms and tofu and stir fry for a few more minutes.

Pour in the shaoxing wine and bubble until it evaporates.

Stir in the chives and cook for 30 seconds before adding the other seasonings and cooking for an extra 30 seconds.
